Relais Louis XIII
Relais Louis XIII - used to be 2 stars but in 2015 it down graded to one star but for me, the food is 2 to 3 stars. Service 1 star and environment 1 star. So average 1 to 2 stars. I would recommend this more than JR in paris. especially the foie gras lobster ravioli. You cannot miss it.

Restaurant Kokotxa - a tiny one star restaurant in San sebastian.
Food/service/environment equal to one star. You may give it a try for budget no more than 100 euro.

Azurmendi
Azurmendi - the 3 stars restaurant near Bilbao. The is no bus or train can reach. So you either take a taxi or drive to there. Make sure your have booking.
The whole dinning is a trip. Starting from a tour at their gardens. green house, kitchen. Then sit down and choose the menu. There is 2 menu- classic / innovation. I took the classic one. ~150 euro.
This is my 2nd recommended restaurant in spain.

Arzak - The first 3 stars restaurant in spain.
Food/service/environment all 3 stars standard.
Tasting menu cost around 200 euro. IF you have only one restaurant to try in spain, it must be Arzak.

Tickets - an extension of El Bulli.
Some people say this restaurant has some food clone from El Bulli. If you go to Barcelona, this is a must try restaurant. However, booking a table is not that easy. You have to online book it 2 months in advance. Lunch/Dinner no different because there is no menu at all.They will keep feeding you until you are full. Cost about 100 Euro.
Michelin 1 star. Service is average. they have english speaking staff so no worry if you dont speak spanish.

This is my favorite restaurant chain. Always provide quality food with no disappointment.

Dinner discovery menu cost you 179 euro. I would say worth it.
Ingredients are great and simply. With fancy cooking skill which is JR style.

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay Chelsea - the only 3 Michelin star restaurant of Gordon.
This is the a la carte menu in lunch time for ~GBP150. TBH, not worth it. Go Paris if you want to taste french cuisine.
Service/environment 3 stars no doubt.
